Revelop has closed a SEK 163 million acquisition of a 12,000 square meter industrial asset located in Kungsängen, a dynamic Uppsala submarket next to the city centre. Revelop has high conviction in Uppsala, one of Sweden’s fastest-growing municipalities. The asset was acquired from Prisma Properties.
Revelop har förvärvat en cirka 12 000 kvm stor industrifastighet för 163 millioner kronor i Kungsängen, en växande stadsdel i Uppsala i nära anslutning till centrum. Uppsala är en prioriterad marknad för Revelop och en av Sveriges snabbast växande kommuner. Säljare av fastigheten är Prisma Properties.
Revelop har förvärvat Stora Katrineberg 8, belägen i Liljeholmen, i direkt anslutning till centrala Stockholm. Fastigheten omfattar cirka 4 000 kvm uthyrningsbar area, med ytterligare utvecklingspotential genom en flexibel detaljplan. Som en del av Revelops värdeskapande strategi kommer Revelop etablera sitt flex office-koncept ”C/O WORKSPACE”.
Revelop has acquired Stora Katrineberg 8, located in Liljeholmen, adjacent to central Stockholm. The asset comprises approximately 4,000 sqm of lettable area, with additional repositioning potential supported by a flexible zoning plan. As part of Revelop’s value-add strategy, Revelop will establish its flex office concept, “C/O WORKSPACE”, creating a new offering to the sub-market.

Swedish real estate investor Revelop has signed a ten-year lease agreement with the meat wholesaler Norvida for the rental of a 1,576-square-meter cold storage asset in prime industrial location Mölnlycke, outside Gothenburg. The asset in question was acquired in 2024 as part of Revelop's latest value-add fund.
