Revelop executes new letting of 3,000 sqm to Gothenburg Technical College

Gothenburg, December 22, 2025 – Revelop has entered into a fifteen-year lease agreement with Gothenburg Technical College (Göteborgs Tekniska College) in Sörred on Hisingen, Gothenburg. The agreement represents a new letting under which Revelop will transform 3,000 square meters of office space into modern, tenant-tailored educational facilities.

Gothenburg Technical College is the result of a unique collaboration between the industry and the public sector and is jointly owned by Volvo Group and Volvo Cars together with the City of Gothenburg. In Sörred, Gothenburg Technical College will operate upper secondary education, higher vocational education, national vocational training, and corporate training programs within industrial technology. The college will educate 600 students annually.
