Revelop launches four new C/O Workspace facilities in 2025

Stockholm, October 24, 2025: Following the announcement of a new establishment in Tyresö earlier this year, Revelop is now launching three additional facilities in Stockholm, Helsingborg, and Malmö. The co-working concept C/O Workspace continues to grow as a result of the high demand for flexible offices in residential areas. By the end of the year, a total of eight facilities in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, and Malmö are expected to be ready. Revelop has independently developed and operated coworking concepts since 2016.

Revelop’s own coworking concept was developed to meet the need for adaptable office solutions and is a smart premium product with a strong sustainability profile.

"While many other operators choose to scale down, our business model differs from our competitors, with a high online conversion rate and automated processes that reduce the need for staff and provide stronger scalability", says Gabriel Andersson, Associate Director C/O Workspace.

The new facilities are expected to be completed by the turn of the year 2025/2026, at which point C/O Workspace will consist of eight locations across Sweden.

"The demand for affordable, high-quality premium offices close to residential areas is strong. We believe many appreciate our all-inclusive concept where everything is included. It gives tenants a better overall experience, both in terms of amenities and in keeping track of costs. In addition to the facilities now under construction, we are also looking into a couple of other potential establishments", adds Gabriel Andersson.

By establishing C/O Workspace the potential of the asset is optimized, giving it a new and longer life. Revelop works according to a distinct strategy where the assets are refined and further developed according to a clear ESG plan. Sustainability permeates the entire concept, from reuse and efficient use of space to charging stations and digitalization to streamline operations for tenants.
