Revelop strengthens investment capabilities with strategic hire

Stockholm, May 27 – Revelop has recruited Ossama Gabrallah as Director, Research to the Investment team. This new role demonstrates Revelop’s continued commitment to innovation and excellence in sustainable real estate investments. Ossama Gabrallah will drive Revelop’s efforts in research, advanced analytics and market intelligence, focusing on further enhancing its capabilities.

Under Revelop's latest value-add fund, with capital commitments exceeding SEK 3.8 billion, the company has acquired 26 properties worth SEK 2.1 billion over the past 12 months.

By integrating multi-dimensional data into a machine-learning intelligence system, Revelop generates actionable insights that underpin its investment opportunities. The enhanced market intelligence initiative will further improve these capabilities.

Ossama Gabrallah brings experience at the intersection of real estate, advanced analytics, and urban development, with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights. He joins Revelop from Croisette Knight Frank, where he served as Head of Analytics & Automation across the Nordics.
