Revelop strengthens its social infrastructure portfolio with new acquisition
Stockholm, October 16, 2026 – Revelop has acquired Exemplet 2, a social infrastructure asset in Edsberg, Sollentuna. The asset comprises approximately 2,650 sqm of lettable area, and is primarily used for healthcare and care-related services, including Sollentuna’s largest primary care centre by number of registered patients. The tenants primarily consist of private and municipal healthcare operators.
Edsberg is an expanding part of Sollentuna, and is expected to grow by approximately 3,000 residents by 2035. Additional extensive residential development in nearby Väsjön is expected to further strengthen the local catchment area and long-term demand for healthcare and community services.
“We see an attractive opportunity in the combination of growing demand for local healthcare services and the potential to further develop an established asset. This is where our investment approach comes into play: identifying assets with structural tailwinds using our operational capabilities to create long-term value,” says Thomas Sipos, CEO & Executive Partner at Revelop.
The asset was acquired from Skandia Fastigheter. Revelop’s business plan focuses on improving the assets market position through leasing of vacant space, upgrade existing premises and making targeted investments to improve the asset’s technical standard and energy performance. Planned measures include upgrades to technical installations and energy efficiency initiatives, supporting both the long-term competitiveness of the asset and its sustainability performance.
