Göteborg, 25 mars, 2026 – Revelop har tecknat ett 13-årigt hyresavtal med teknikbolaget Plejd avseende 22 000 kvadratmeter i fastigheten Hästägaren 3 i Mölndal, Göteborg. Affären är en av Revelops största nyuthyrningar någonsin. Avtalet innebär att Plejd etablerar ett nytt tech campus för upp till 1 000 medarbetare till fastigheten.
Revelop has signed a 13-year lease agreement with the tech company Plejd for approximately 22,000 square metres in its asset Hästägaren 3 in Mölndal, Gothenburg. Plejd will establish a new tech campus with capacity for up to 1,000 employees in the asset, including the company’s new headquarters and a combined production and R&D facility.
