Sammantaget visar utvecklingen att bolagen tar klivet från tidig tillväxt till mer etablerade faser med internationell räckvidd.
Teknikbolaget Sightic, som utvecklar teknik för att upptäcka påverkanstillstånd genom analys av ögonrörelser och beteendemönster, har förvärvats av Smart Eye i en affär värd drygt 60 miljoner kronor. Köpeskillingen kan öka med ytterligare upp till 50 miljoner kronor genom tilläggsköpeskilling kopplad till framtida resultat. Bolaget har utvecklats inom Sahlgrenska Science Parks inkubatorverksamhet.
