Strömma Turism & Sjöfart byter revisorer
På extra bolagsstämma den 30 december 2019 i Strömma Turism & Sjöfart AB beslutade stämman att välja Deloitte AB, med huvudrevisor Johan Telander, som bolagets revisor.
Efter att Strömma Buss AB, ett dotterbolag till Strömma Turism och Sjöfart AB, reklamerat 2013 och 2014 års revision i det för bolaget externa Sohlberg Buss AB, anser KPMG att de inte kan utföra en oberoende granskning av Strömma Turism & Sjöfart AB, eller dess svenska dotterbolag. Detta då Strömma Buss AB har rätt att resa krav på revisorerna och/eller KPMG.
