Kimberly-Clark Asia Pacific wins silver at PR Week Awards Asia 2016

Kimberly-Clark Asia Pacific has won the Silver award for the PR Week Awards Asia 2016 Environmental Campaign of the Year.

PR Week Awards is a part of Campaign Asia’s leading industry awards that highlight the best campaigns and programmes in the region, and this win is in recognition of Kimberly-Clark's work in Responsible Forestry and consumer education across Asia Pacific.

“Responsible Forestry” is an umbrella of Kimberly-Clark APAC initiatives that educate consumers on the importance of choosing Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified products - inviting them to play an active role in protecting forests. Developed in collaboration with NGO partners World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and FSC, the program was built on three key pillars: embedding sustainability in our products and throughout our operations; educating consumers and empowering them to make more sustainable choices; and protecting and restoring eco-systems.
