Sigma recognized as 2016 Microsoft Country Partner of the Year for Sweden

Sigma in Sweden has been appointed Microsoft Country Partner of the Year. The recognition includes Sigma’s ultimate cutting edge developments of IT solutions based on Microsoft technology. The winners were chosen from a set of more than 2,500 entrants from 119 countries worldwide.

Decisive for the award, is Sigma’s leading expertise and solutions in areas such as the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, Internet of Things (IoT), and predictive data analysis. Sigma is working together with Microsoft and Ericsson, in the field of Internet of Things, which has already resulted in innovative solutions for a large number of customers. One of these solutions is Virtual Health Rooms, in the field of eHealth, which provides health care virtually and remotely for rural residents, allowing them the right to good health despite long distance to health care professionals.
