Sigma Technology Group Ranks As Sweden’s Top 2 Best Employer in 2025

About the Universum’s Best Employers Survey

Universum, one of the most popular job portals in Sweden, publishes the ranking of Sweden's Best Employers every year. The survey took place between 2024 and 2025 and collected almost 34,000 votes. The ranking is built based on total score from three areas: loyalty, internal identity, and satisfaction and recommendation. The companies that end up among TOP 10 best employers have a total score of higher than 77.
