Through this collaboration, Sigma Technology can further strengthen its ability to implement standards‑based solutions directly within customers’ existing IT environments, with a particular focus on Digital Product Passports and structured product information.

Companies in manufacturing, retail, and other industries are facing increasing demands for traceability, transparency, and accurate product data — not least due to upcoming EU regulations. GS1 Sweden is responsible for global standards that enable a shared digital business language for traceability and information exchange across value chains.
