Sigma Technology ranks among Sweden’s Top 3 Best Employers for the ninth consecutive year

Employee feedback has placed Sigma Technology Group among the top three in Universum’s Sweden’s Best Employers ranking for the ninth consecutive year. The 2026 result marks Sigma Technology Group's 14th consecutive year among Sweden’s Best Employers.

Conducted by global employer branding specialist Universum, the annual survey measures how employees assess their own employer. The ranking gives equal weight to internal identity, satisfaction and recommendation, and loyalty.

For Sigma Technology, the recognition reflects a workplace culture shaped by its colleagues and reinforces the importance of continuing to listen and develop.

“This recognition means a great deal because it comes from our colleagues. They shape Sigma Technology every day through their expertise, their ideas, and the way they support one another. We have always believed in keeping decisions close to our people, giving them responsibility and room to grow,” says Carl Vikingsson, CEO of Sigma Technology Group. He continues:

“At the same time, a strong culture takes continuous work. We need to keep listening, developing our leaders and creating meaningful opportunities for our people. This result tells us that we are doing many things right, but it also raises the bar for what comes next.”

That direction is consistent with Sigma Technology's long-term approach to the employee experience: creating an environment built around respect, meaningful and challenging assignments, community, and engaged leadership.

Claes Peyron, CEO of Universum, comments on the sustained result:

“Huge congratulations to Sigma Technology, named one of Sweden's top three Best Employers for the ninth year in a row. At a time when a sense of security and trust matter more than ever, loyal and engaged employees are a decisive competitive advantage. Sigma Technology does it in its own unique way, and it works: for the long term, and for real.”
