Press release -

Sigma Young Talent and PostNord starts a Talent Program

FastForward Program is a joint initiative between PostNord and Sigma Young Talent. The purpose of the talent program is to recruit newly graduated academics to PostNord and give them the best possible start to their career.

The program starts in August 2019 and offers participants training and coaching during their first employment period, to quickly get into the work situation and become team members. FastForward Program is tailored to Post-Nord operations.

– PostNord needs employees who challenge old truths, want to try new ways of doing things with new technologies and new solutions. With people who are actively thinking in a new way to fulfil our responsibilities within the framework of our social mission. We need to think new to continue being the leading logistics partner in the Nordic countries. Through the FastForward Program we get the opportunity to welcome some of the country's sharpest new talents into our transformation. It gives our organization new perspectives and new energy, while a new generation of employees are invited into one of Scandinavia's oldest and largest corporate cultures, says Jenny Fagerstedt Boman, Head of IT Delivery at Postnord.

– We at Sigma Young Talent are excited and proud to start FastForward programs in collaboration with PostNord. A talent program is a great way to attract required skills and our common ambition is to give these top talents the best start to their career, says Elin Hölcke, CEO of Sigma Young Talent.

– There are a lot of very exciting things going on at PostNord when it comes to digitisation and innovation, and we are incredibly proud to be a partner in the programme. We believe that FastForward is a great opportunity for participants to be part of PostNord’s journey, says Daniel Gyllensparre, Business Manager at Sigma Young Talent.
