Swedish-Ukrainian IT company Sigma Software, part of Sigma Group owned by Danir Group, is back in Kyiv, the heart of Ukraine. Along with the Embassies of Sweden, the UK, Poland, the USA and many others, this IT company of Ukrainian origin joined the movement and resumed its operations in the capital where people and businesses are eager to reboot their lives and everyday activities.
Swedesforukraine.org is a platform that makes it easy for Swedes who have spare rooms or housing to get in direct contact with Ukrainian refugee families. The service has been developed in record time by Ukrainian engineers at the Swedish-owned IT company Sigma Software.
How can the Ukrainian digitalization journey continue during the war and how can Swedish companies and individuals help both people staying in Ukraine and the ones moving to Sweden? Those were some of the questions discussed during WiTech’s Tech Talk hosted by Sigma Technology in Växjö on March 30. Over 40 participants from local companies, academia, and the public sector attended the event.
