From Cirrus X to Cirrus Core: Steamery introduces its next-generation handheld steamer
This March, Steamery launches Cirrus Core, an upgraded version of the award-winning Cirrus X featuring smarter functionality, improved performance and refined design details. The new model will be released in the colorways Onyx, Cotton and the new light blue color, Frost.
Launching globally on March 3, with the UK release following on April 7, Cirrus Core is designed to make steaming and refreshing clothes seamlessly effortless. Built on the award-winning design of Cirrus X, the new model introduces a heated front plate, Dry Steam technology and thoughtful design updates that elevate both performance and user experience.
The introduction of the new blue color Frost adds a fresh dimension to the assortment. Inspired by cool Scandinavian tones, the new color brings a soft and distinctive expression to modern clothing care, turning an everyday appliance into a considered design object for the home.
“Cirrus X has been a cornerstone in our steamer assortment for years,” says Frej Lewenhaupt, CPO and co-founder at Steamery. “With Cirrus Core, we wanted to refine and upgrade what customers already like, making it smarter, more intuitive and even easier to use.”
Ready to use in just 20 seconds, Cirrus Core delivers powerful yet gentle steam that efficiently smooths out wrinkles while killing 99.9% of bacteria from textiles. The Dry Steam technology ensures garments are refreshed without water stains, making it suitable for everything from everyday basics to more delicate fabrics.
“We focused on improving both function and feel,” says Qian Jiang, Lead Industrial Designer at Steamery. “From the transparent water tank to the heated front plate and hanging loop, every detail is designed to make clothing care simpler, faster and more enjoyable.”

Cirrus Core Handheld Steamer launches globally on March 3, 2026, with the UK release following on April 7, 2026.
