Swedish company Lursta Cast Iron is the winner of the Formex Sustainability Award 2024. The company get the prize for its well-designed, locally influenced, and long-lasting pancake griddle made from recycled scrap.

One of the designers is selected as the winner of "Best in Show," and today it was announced that award goes to Studio Madelen Möllard.

The research-based design studio Formafantasma, one of the most sought-after in the design world today, comes to Stockholm Furniture Fair in February as its Guest of Honour. Using design as an agent for social and environmental change, the studio takes a holistic perspective on design to explore its transformative potential.
For the second consecutive year, the Formex Sustainability Award will be presented to honor a product that stands out in terms of sustainability. Exhibiting companies have submitted applications with products this fall and the jury has nominated seven of the entries. All entries will be showcased at Formex in January 2024, where the winner will also be announced.
