Press Invitation GastroNord and Vinordic
This year's Gastronomic Week will be an historic event when GastroNord and Vinordic beverage fair, May 6–9, will take place at Stockholmsmässan concurrently with Bocuse d´Or Europe, May 7-8. Visitors will thus have the opportunity to celebrate with world-class chefs, competitors, national teams and seminar participants – all under one roof.

Daniel Fritzdorf, Event Manager, presents this year´s new features and Gastronomic week
Chef Madame Tabata Bonardi, head chef of Paul Bocuse´ restaurant Marguerite, discuss Swedish food together with Daniel Fritzdorf.
Presentation of SkolmatsGastro – the Swedish school cuisine championship. The aim of the competition is to inspire even better school meals and raise the status of the country's school cooks.
Gastronomi Sverige with chefs Fredrik Eriksson and Paul Svensson introduce the competition Bocuse d´Or. We walk together to the Official inauguration and Press conference of Bocuse d´Or.
