Acclaimed design agency Stylt appoints new Design Director

Award-winning concept and design agency Stylt has appointed Alexandra Lebelle as its new Design Director, strengthening the company’s international capabilities within hospitality design.

The appointment comes as Stylt is experiencing a growing demand for exciting international projects. With an expanding global portfolio and an increasing number of cross-border collaborations, strengthening the agency’s design excellence has never been more important.

As Design Director, Alexandra will play a key role in the company’s next chapter, taking a leading responsibility for architectural and interior design. She will work closely with founder and Creative Director Erik Nissen Johansen and the wider team to further elevate Stylt’s creative output and international presence.

“I’m honored to take on the role of Design Director,” says Alexandra Lebelle. “After many years with Stylt, I’m excited to keep shaping extraordinary guest experiences and to lead a team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and strong conceptual storytelling.”

With a background as an architect and interior designer, Alexandra has been a key member of the Stylt team for nearly 20 years, leading a wide range of international hotels, restaurants, and real estate development projects.

“Alexandra has been an important creative contributor over the years,” says Erik Nissen Johansen. “Her ability to bridge concept, architecture, and interior design makes her more than well positioned to drive our design vision forward.”

During the years, Alexandra has worked across a wide range of hospitality projects, from large-scale international developments to smaller locally rooted assignments, balancing global complexity with a strong sense of place. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from ENSAPVS Paris and additional master’s studies at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, USA.
