New lighting collections designed by Stylt launches at Salone del Mobile

At this year’s Salone del Mobile in Milan, creative studio Stylt presents three new lighting collections for the hospitality industry. Created for Duni Lighting Solutions, d.ls, the launch introduces both the new d.ls brand and this first design partnership.

Duni Lighting Solutions - d.ls - is a new brand within Duni Group, introduced as a platform for cordless ambience lighting within the HoReCa sector, tailored for professional use in hotels and restaurants.

As part of this launch, Stylt joins d.ls as its first creative design partner, bringing the studio’s extensive experience in hospitality concepts and guest experience into the field of lighting.

Designed by Stylt’s interior architects Viki Panagiotidou and Irma Käll, together with Creative Director Erik Nissen Johansen, the three collections balances Stylt’s experiential design approach with the functional demands of high-performing hospitality environments.

“With decades of experience in shaping hospitality destinations worldwide, we see lighting as a key part of the atmosphere - defining how a space is experienced, while subtly guiding how people move, focus, and interact. That balance between emotional and practical needs has been central to how we developed the collections” says Viki Panagiotidou at Stylt.

In collaboration with Signify MyCreation, the collections are 3D-printed using recycled plastic and cutting-edge technology. Conceptually inspired by “textile and thread,” the design reflects how 3D printing builds form layer by layer.

“These first collections explore how light can be shaped and varied much like fabric, creating different expressions depending on context and use. We were inspired by textiles and the idea of treating light as something almost tangible - something you can ‘weave’ to create different expressions,” says Stylt’s Irma Käll.

Designed for cordless plug solutions, the lighting offers flexibility and ease of use tailored to the operational realities of hospitality environments.

“Within the hotel and restaurant sector, there is a need for high-quality lighting that performs reliably in daily operations while enhancing the guest experience.
