This joint venture represents a significant move in Trioworld’s expansion into high-growth markets and strengthens its global footprint. The transaction closed on May 30th, 2025.

With a ten-year power purchase agreement, Trioworld Nyborg contributes to the construction of a new Better Energy solar park on the Danish island, Lolland. The agreement is an important element in Trioworld's focus on sustainability, and at the same time it helps to increase the amount of renewable energy on the Danish electricity grid.
