Alma and Rexbo acquire three light industrial properties in Greater Stockholm
Alma Property Partners (“Alma”) and Rexbo Gröna Industrihus (“Rexbo”) have acquired three light industrial properties located in the Länna industrial area in Huddinge municipality through two separate transactions.
The properties - Huddinge Fräsen 6 & 7 and Huddinge Kranbilen 8 (the “Properties”) - were acquired in two transactions from Xano Precision AB, a subsidiary of Xano Industri AB, and a private seller.
The Properties are located in the Länna industrial area and comprise a total leasable area of approximately 4,500 sqm and a land area of 9,800 sqm. In connection with the acquisition of Fräsen 6 & 7, a green lease agreement was signed with AB LK Precision Parts.
