With an impending expansion next month, Chicago-based outsourced sales and marketing experts NRG Global Inc have detailed how their business model continues to thrive despite demands for more digitally-orientated marketing solutions.

Both are important, so the answer lies somewhere in between - but people, speaking to prospects in-person is the common denominator of success here,” stated the MD.

NRG Global Inc believe that the most effective way of getting emotional buy in is to create an experience and place the consumer at the heart of it. While that can of course be achieved online, it tends to be most easily achieved within an offline context.

Indeed, as more businesses turn to digital channels to market themselves, the Chicago-based firm believes other companies will use offline channels as their very own marketing unicorn.
