MD at Florida Business Consulting Travels to Orlando and Jacksonville to Aide Expansion

This past week, Managing Director at Florida Business Consulting, Eric Martin took to the road to spend time at the firm’s Orlando and Jacksonville locations to oversee the daily operations and aide expansion plans.

The firm has twelve locations in seven states across the US, and Mr Martin’s goal is to have 20 locations by the end of 2018. This week the award-winning business owner took to the road to travel to the firm’s Orlando and Jacksonville locations to spend time observing the day to day operations, meet new recruits and implement new strategies to aide the firm’s expansion plans.

The Florida Business Consulting MD spent two and a half days in each location, where he made it his mission to get to know recruits, spending time one on one with new starts at networking dinners. The business owner also hosted an opportunity meeting in each location where he explained in great detail the structure and criteria of the firm’s unique business development program, highlighting step by step the necessary procedures people need to take and the goals they need to hit to progress. The business development program has been integral to the firm’s success as they operate a no-seniority business model and solely promote from within.Mr Martin is passionate about ensuring that every one of the firm’s managers starts at and masters the entry level of the business before progressing up the corporate ladder. After the opportunity meeting at each location, Mr Martin held a question and answer session to allow the companies workforce to get to know the more about his expectations and goals for the firm.

“It was great to meet the team at each location, and I’m incredibly excited by the talent we have, and I have high hopes for the future for both our projects in Orlando and Jacksonville,” commented Mr Martin.

One of the main objectives of Mr Martins visit was to ensure that the companies philosophy and culture was being properly represented and executed and to discuss expansion plans and implement new strategies to assist with the firm's growth goals.
