EQ has become a more common business language in recent years, with an emphasis placed on its importance for great leaders. It is the ability to be self-aware of an individual’s feelings as well as those of others and using that to assess situations and build relationships.

Moral Intelligence:

MQ involves integrity, responsibility, sympathy, and forgiveness. Honesty and integrity are vital components of MQ.

Body Intelligence:

BQ reflects what someone knows about their body and how they take care of it. It’s about listening to the signals that bodies give and following an excellent energy-giving diet, getting enough rest and getting enough exercise. While it may seem unrelated to business performance, BQ affects work because it determines feelings, state of mind and energy levels.
