10 Minutes to Happiness - author talk with Dr Sandi Mann

Let’s do it! Join author and psychologist Dr Sandi Mann as she takes us through the steps to happiness during Health Information Week.

She will be appearing at Ramsbottom Library on Tuesday 5 July from 2pm to 3pm.

Dr Mann will be talking about a therapeutic self-help programme designed to lift mood and improve mental health, through focusing on the positive aspects of your life rather than the negative.
