10 Minutes to Happiness - author talk with Dr Sandi Mann

Let’s do it! Join author and psychologist Dr Sandi Mann as she takes us through the steps to happiness during International Week of Happiness at Work.

A therapeutic self-help programme based on a six-step formula is designed to lift your mood and improve your mental health. Learn how to focus on the positive aspects of your life rather than the negative - your mood will improve and the happier you will be.

Dr Mann’s talk is at Radcliffe Library on Wednesday 21 September, from 12.15pm to 1.15pm.
