Advice sessions about under-occupancy charge

Six Town Housing are in the neighbourhood with free advice sessions on the under-occupancy charge and other financial matters.

Their money advice trailer will be visiting locations across the borough in the coming days. The aim is to advise residents about housing choices, mutual exchanges, lodgers, and signpost/refer on as required.

Staff will be on hand to talk about any issues that tenants are concerned about. Children are also welcome and Cyril the Squirrel, the Six Town Housing mascot, will be on hand to provide the entertainment!

Details of where the trailer will be:

Higher Lane/Fountain Place: 29 July, on the car park in front of the flats,10am to noon.

Bent Lane: 29 July, 1-3pm.

Elms: 30 July, outside the Rufford Drive shops, 10am to noon.

*  Hunters Hill: 30 July, in the lay by,1-3pm.

Radcliffe: 6 August, in Bolton Road, 1-3pm.

Chesham: 14 August, on the green outside the community centre, 1-3pm.

Huntley/Wash Lane: 15 August, on Pear Avenue car park, 1-3pm.
