Changes to weekend Metrolink services

Replacement bus services will run between some Metrolink stops this weekend as work continues on essential network improvements.

Metrolink passengers are advised to check their services before travelling on Saturday and Sunday 27 & 28 July.

Saturday 27 July

Replacement buses will run between Central Park and Piccadilly and Crumpsall and Piccadilly.

The following tram services will run:

·  Altrincham – Piccadilly

·  Bury – Crumpsall

·  Droylsden – Eccles via Piccadilly

·  East Didsbury – Piccadilly

·  Rochdale – Central Park 

Sunday 28 July

Replacement bus services will run from Central Park to Trafford Bar via Victoria, Crumpsall to Cornbrook via Piccadilly, and Trafford Bar to Piccadilly.

The following tram services will run:

·  Altrincham – Cornbrook

·  Bury – Crumpsall

·  Droylsden – Piccadilly

·  East Didsbury – Cornbrook

·  Eccles – Cornbrook

·  Rochdale – Central Park

Passengers should buy tickets from Metrolink ticket machines on stops before using replacement bus services. 

Metrolink apologises for any inconvenience during these essential improvement works.
