Ever wanted to write short stories or poems?

Creative writing sessions for adult beginners are being held every Tuesday (2–4pm) at Coronation Road Community Centre and Library in Radcliffe.

The friendly, informal group sessions will look at topics such as rhyme and free verse, rhythm, use of description, how to find subjects for writing and any other topic suggested by the group. Members also read short stories and poems, including some by famous writers, to kick-start creative ideas.

The sessions are free, and refreshments are available at a small charge.
