Find out how to use Facebook and Instagram for your business

A free workshop to help people use Facebook and Instagram for their business is being held at Bury Library on Thursday 31 July (10am to 12pm).

The course is suitable for those in the early stages of using social media for business, and for those looking to enhance and develop their existing skills.

Presented by Adam Whittaker, marketing consultant and social media specialist, the workshop will cover:

• Getting the basics right including content and profiles
• Using Facebook and Instagram as networking tools to raise your online presence
• Using hashtags effectively
• Getting the most from the Meta Business Suite
• Using ads
• How you can use these platforms to showcase different aspects of your business

This workshop is part of our Build A Business in GM Libraries programme, funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
