Free sessions to celebrate National Fitness Day

Four free ‘power half-hour’ sessions are being run at Bury’s Castle Leisure to mark National Fitness
Day on Friday 26 September.

National Fitness Day is the largest celebration of physical activity in the UK, aimed at making physical exercise more fun and easier to do  – details at www.nationalfitnessday.com

The four Bury sessions are: 9.30am – Bodystep; 10am – Stability Ball; 12pm – Belrobics; and 12.30pm – MetaFit.
