Funding available for local community groups

Sporting, policing and funding matters are all up for discussion when Bury West Township Form meets on Tuesday 21 July.

Residents are invited to attend the meeting and hear about local priorities for the area which are identified in the township’s Area Plan.

There will also be a presentation from the I Will If You Will team, which aims to get women and girls more active, along with details of the funding available to local groups. Also on the agenda will be updates from the police and the forum’s advisory group.

The meeting is at Bolton Road Methodist Church and starts at 7pm. The usual open forum and public question time is also on the agenda.
