Have your photographs featured in the official Bury 2017 Calendar

Scenic pictures of Bury are being sought for inclusion in the borough’s official 2017 calendar.

Each year, Bury Tourist Information Centre (TIC) brings out a full colour calendar to showcase the photographs that are taken by local photographers and residents. The calendars are extremely popular as Christmas presents and are often sent to countries across the world.

This year the TIC is looking for scenes which show the changing seasons, from deep snow scenes to a summer haze, a crispy spring morning or autumn splendour.

Email your pictures to touristinformation@bury.gov.uk and the calendars will be available from mid-October from the TIC.

Also on sale from the TIC in mid-October will be the popular and annual Xmas Cards for Good Causes. Last year’s sales were so successful that TIC staff have ordered twice as many cards for this year.
