Help shape the future of social care services

Bury residents are invited to help shape the future of council services at a ‘customer task force’ event held on Friday 1 May.

The session is for people who live in the borough and either use, or care for someone who uses, social care services.

This is your opportunity to find out what’s coming up, tell us what you think and help us shape our services so that they better meet your needs.

The event will take place from 10am to noon (a light breakfast will be provided) in the Lancaster Room at Bury Town Hall.

At this meeting you can:

• Get involved in the Advocacy Service Remodel.
• Test the new ‘Bury Directory’ and tell us what you think.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to meet and talk to new and like-minded people as well as council professionals.
