Herbal and medicinal walk at Chesham

Nature expert David Winnard will lead a herbal and medicinal walk around Chesham Local Nature Reserve on Saturday (8 June, 1.30-3.30pm).

The walk will give people the chance to find out about local plant life and the traditional uses of many plants seen in woodlands and hedgerows.

The walk is free, but booking is advised – call Jacqui Goggs on 0161 253 7764 or email j.goggs@bury.gov.uk

The walk is one of many free events organised by the Bury Accessible Natural Greenspace Project and is funded by Access to Nature, a scheme run by Natural England and funded by the Big Lottery Fund.
