Last chance to get a postal vote for the elections

Residents who want a postal vote in the upcoming council and European elections must contact the council by Wednesday 7 May.

 

Both elections take place on Thursday 22 May. A total of 75 candidates are standing in the Bury Council elections, when one-third of the council’s 51 seats will be decided. Eleven political parties, meanwhile, will contest the election to choose the North West of England’s eight Members of the
European Parliament (MEPs).
