Public transport information alert - Sunday engineering work to close Metrolink’s Piccadilly stops

Metrolink passengers travelling on Sunday 6 January 2013 are advised that there will be no trams running to Piccadilly Gardens or Piccadilly station due to engineering work.

There will be a through service on the Altrincham and Bury lines and the Eccles and MediaCityUK services will run to Victoria train station. No other lines are affected.

A shuttle bus will run from Fairfield Street, Piccadilly train station, through to Stand R at Piccadilly Gardens.

Passengers can board connecting tram services at Market Street and Mosley Street, a short walk from the shuttle bus stop.

Normal tram services will resume from the start of service, Monday 7 January.

Please check information posters at tram stops or visit www.metrolink.co.uk for future changes to services.
