Southport Flower Show tickets on sale at Bury Tourist Information Centre

The popular Southport Flower Show runs 20 to 23 August - and you can buy tickets for this annual show from Bury's Tourist Information Centre.

This year's show will have an Oriental theme, so everything from entertainment and food to the floral marquees and events will have a Chinese twist to them.

There will be cookery demonstrations from celebrity and professional chefs, performances from musicians, animal displays and 350 diverse stalls and exhibitors.

Get your advance tickets cheaper from the Tourist Information Centre, which is inside the Fusilier Museum on Moss Street, Bury. Staff can also book your coach travel from Bury to make it a hassle free day out.

Tickets can be booked over the phone (0161 253 5111) or in person: the TIC is open 10am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.
