Swap the January blues for a great value feel-good boost

Residents are invited to find their ‘feel-good’ this Saturday (14 January) at the Bury Leisure FREE open days at Castle Leisure Centre, Radcliffe Leisure Centre and Ramsbottom Pool and Fitness Centre.

Activity sessions will be free for all throughout the day and attendees will be able to tour the facilities, take advantage of a free health check and access free giveaways and a range of membership offers.

Come along to try something new, have some fun and meet the friendly team at Bury Leisure:

  • Try our state-of-the-art gyms kitted out with the latest equipment and fitness tech.
  • Enjoy our pools plus find out about SwimTag
  • Join fitness classes and wellbeing sessions
  • Try your hand at badminton, squash or table tennis
  • See how Boditrax can support your health and fitness goals.

The free health checks available on the day include:

  • blood pressure check;
  • height/weight BMI check;
  • discussion about diet and lifestyle;
  • exercise advice; plus
  • support for those with long term health conditions.

Attendees can also find out about a range of membership offers and anyone who joins Bury Leisure in January can enter a free prize draw to win a free membership or Fitbit wearables.
