Bury Council has set a budget for 2026/27 which aims to protect public services while meeting major ongoing funding challenges.

Bury Council’s Cabinet has approved the proposed budget for 2026/27 for public consultation. The public consultation will run from Thurs 4 December to 19 January and all residents are encouraged to have their say on the recommendations and how savings can be made within the council.
