E.ON gives their managers coach-training

E.ON strenghtens their leadership skills by letting their managers attend a coach-training programme for a period of six months. Their goal is to increase the company´s efficiency by letting their managers use professional coaching.

"We believe strongly in the power you can raise in an individual with the help of professional coaching", says Sophie Stakston, HR Manager at E.ON Försäljning AB. "That is way we chose to give all of our managers coach-training - to give them the best conditions to take care of the energy that is within our employees", Sophie continues.
"We are using CoachWalk Academy at other companies within E.ON, and since we are very satisfied with what they are delivering, it was an easy choice."
