SkandiaMäklarna choose ComAround

The IT Director at SkandiaMäklarna, Jonas Rosén, became interested in what ComAround could offer after seeing an article in the publication Computer Sweden which showed how Anticimex was working with Self Service. It was not long before contact was established with the head of sales at ComAround, Magnus Holmqvist, and now an agreement has been signed for the latest generation of the service, ComAround Zero™.

“We look forward to working with the service and believe that the use of ComAround Zero™ will ease the load on the staffed support and increase our own internal sharing of knowledge,” says Jonas Rosén at the Swedish estate agency SkandiaMäklarna. “We wish to be able to get hold of the information that is relevant for us and develop it further. We see the service as a step in our ambition to always raise the quality of what we offer.”

SkandiaMäklarna is launching ComAround Zero™ centrally to about 150 users when they migrate from Office 2007 to Office 2010, during the month of December. A larger launch is anticipated at the end of January covering the remaining users. There will be 400 users in the form of estate agents, office staff, assistants and similar.

ComAround Zero™ will be used as a support function for the company’s estate agents around Sweden. The service will also be used for training purposes. For the estate agents especially, this service will be of great benefit since they work under time pressure, are widely dispersed and therefore frequently need to come up with solutions simply and rapidly.

Jonas Rosén believes that the Self Service concept will have a bigger impact than merely acting as a complement to existing activities. “This is a general trend, since it is hard for the staffed support to be available all the time. In certain cases it may be considered embarrassing to ask others for help, and it costs to make a call so self service is both simpler and a faster way to solve a problem.”

Magnus Holmqvist, Founder of ComAround points out: “SkandiaMäklarna will become even more efficient through its employees quickly and simply finding answers to operating issues regardless of whether they are using a computer, tablet or mobile phone.”

SkandiaMäklarna is a real estate agency for private homes i.e. condominiums, detached houses and holiday homes as well as commercial real estate. The company is one of Sweden’s largest estate agencies with about 400 employees and 78 offices.
