Press release -

The new SOV for Statoil floated out in Poland.

The SOV for servicing Statoil in Dudgeon Wind Farm in the English sector is well underway.

Nauta Shipyard in Gdansk, Poland, launched ESVAGT's latest newbuilding in late January, and it is now on tow to Havyard Ship Technology in Leirvik, Norway, where the further outfitting and completion of the vessel takes place.

The vessel will be operating as a SOV – Service Operational Vessel; ESVAGTs unique concept to service offshore wind parks. The vessels design is therefore similar to two other ESVAGT SOV’s, the 'Esvagt Froude' and 'Esvagt Faraday'.

The vessel will be delivered in September 2016.
