One million bike rides with Hövding 3

Cyclists connected to Hövding’s app have now clocked up more than a million bike rides. The millionth ride took place Tuesday in Fredriksberg, Denmark. Together, Hövding cyclists have covered a distance equal to 94 laps around the world.

These cyclists have together contributed to a CO2 saving of 955 ton compared to driving the same distance – a staggering 3.8 million kilometres - in a car.

Hövding 3 is connectable to an app via Bluetooth. The app gives you an overview of how far you har cycled and may contribute to safer bike rides in the future. The collected data shows where accidents tend to occur, which roads are more frequently used by cyclists, and it gives an indication of where the cycling infrastructure should be developed to improve riders’ safety.
