    The Met Office has issued a rare red warning for ‘dangerous, stormy’ winds in south-west England as Storm Goretti threatens gusts of up to 100mph.
    The alert, in place from 4pm to 11pm on Thursday, warns of ‘violent gusts’ hitting Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly for two to three hours, with exposed areas facing winds of 80-100 mph or more.
