Police appeal for information following serious collision
Detectives are urging members of the public to come forward with any information following a serious collision in Scotch Common, North Ealing.
At around 17:00hrs on Wednesday, 17 September officers responded with the London Ambulance Service to reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and a pedestrian.
Enquiries indicate that the motorcycle was driving down the middle of the carriageway before being involved in the collision. The pedestrian, a woman in her 20s was taken to hospital where she remains in a critical condition with life-threatening injuries. Her family are aware and being supported by specialist officers.
The motorcyclist did not stop at the scene and is believed to have driven back towards the scene before travelling down Pitshanger Lane.
Police are seeking anyone who witnessed the collision or has any dashcam footage or information to get in contact by calling 101 or online, quoting CAD4909/17SEP.
