PeerIndex Accelerates Growth with Senior Hires

Influencer marketing pioneer PeerIndex has significantly expanded its senior management team to capitalise on the emerging market of social media influencer marketing and create new offerings for digital agencies and brand marketers.

Phil Guest  joins PeerIndex as Chief Commercial Officer to accelerate the growth of PeerIndex’s commercial offerings. Phil brings unparalleled experience in sales and marketing and will be the primary driver of PeerIndex’s commercial strategy.

Previously, Phil was Executive VP of Global Advertising Sales at Sulake, owner of the world’s most successful real-time community and social game for teenagers, Habbo Hotel. Prior to that Phil spent time with AOL as a Director and Head of Commercial Development, Commercial Director for Europe’s largest children’s television company Fox Kids Europe and Head of Business development for the interactive division of London’s leading commercial radio station Capital Radio.

Sanford Dickert  joins PeerIndex as Chief Technology Officer leading PeerIndex’s software  development and data science teams.  His teams efforts will continue to expand PeerIndex’s pioneering work on word-of-mouth influence, reach and authority across the social web.

Sanford has a long track record of building and leading development teams for various multi-national companies and innovative venture-backed startups.  He combines his technology leadership with social media market understanding in terms of data analysis.  His efforts positions PeerIndex to create one of the world’s best big data teams. Previously, Sanford was the CTO for the John Kerry for America campaign, CTO of the Hot Group (acquired by Trinity Mirror Group) and various other interim CTO roles.  In addition, he has held various product development leadership positions at a number of innovative growth businesses in the US and UK including Interoute, the largest pan-European telecoms provider and Willow Garage, the premiere robotics laboratory designing state-of-the-art robotic solutions.

The new management appointments come as PeerIndex continues to commercialise its social media influencer ranking technology by powering major influencer marketing campaigns for brands including Atlantic Records, Financial Times and Penguin Publishing.
