Press release -

Full steam ahead for Sitecore UK as expansion sees move to new London offices at St Katharine Docks

London, UK – 13th September 2012   Sitecore, a world leader in innovative software for web content management and multichannel customer engagement management, has moved to new UK headquarters as part of a continued expansion of its operations.  Sitecore UK now operates from new offices in London at International House, located in St Katharine Docks.

Sitecore has secured 8,000 square feet of office space across a single floor at International House, alongside high profile tenants including the UK’s largest technology training organisation, QA.   The new headquarters will be home for Sitecore’s UK-based employees including sales, marketing, training, technical support and administration.

Sitecore has experienced strong growth since its inception in 2001. UK sales grew by more than 100% year-on-year between 2011 and 2012, as demand for its Digital Marketing Platform products continued to increase.  In the UK, Sitecore has nearly doubled its total number of customers in the last two years; increased its solution partner base to around 100 partners and recruited an extra 20 employees since early 2011.  Sitecore UK’s clients include Europe’s leading airline easyJet, on-line fashion retailer ASOS, Cadbury, Dyson, Kia Motors, Lloyds of London and Manchester City.

Within its new UK headquarters, Sitecore has two new purpose-built training suites to accommodate a sharp increase in students, ranging from marketing specialists to web developers who are looking to achieve Sitecore certifications to help them use Sitecore products or develop Sitecore solutions.  Over 1200 students have attended Sitecore UK training courses within the last two years, with a 45% year-on-year growth in student numbers over the last year.  The new facilities provide extra capacity and allow Sitecore to extend the number of courses offered.

Laust Sondergaard, chairman, Sitecore UK Ltd, commented:

“This move to our new headquarters represents a significant step for Sitecore’s growth success story in the UK.  We have our partners, customers and employees to thank for getting us to this stage.  Our new offices at International House give us the room to expand and develop.  Across our UK business we are growing and maturing – with larger sales teams, services, training and support, to ensure we offer our customers and partners the level of assistance they expect.”
