Silicon Saxony Day will take place on June 17, 2025 at Dresden International Airport. Experts and innovators from the semiconductor and electronics industry meet here to discuss the latest developments and trends.
While keynotes and sessions will take place on all three days, the exhibition will only be held on the main day (Tuesday, June 16, 2026). The exhibition area is located on Level 3. We are pleased to be represented there with a booth (no. S39). Volker Wohlfarth will be on hand to present our solutions for advanced packaging and to answer questions.
